Description du poste Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Strategy:

- Implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for the Program.
- Identify areas for test automation and create a roadmap for automation efforts.
- Test Script Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA and Selenium.
- Ensure test scripts are reusable, modular, and maintainable.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the automation testing team.
- Test Framework Development:

- Build and maintain a scalable and efficient test automation framework.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.
- Test Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with the testing team to define test cases, test data, and test environments.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Monitor test execution and escalate issues as necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
-
- Implement and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Documentation:
-
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test automation processes and test cases.
- Ensure proper documentation of test scripts, test data, and test results.
- Training and Mentoring:

- Provide training and guidance to team members on test automation tools and techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the automation team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in test automation using TOSCA (additional test automation tools like Selenium and/or RPA are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 or ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration and demonstrated productively
- Test automation-related scripting and coding skills in languages such as Python, and SQL is a plus
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
