Trilingual position spanish, english and arabic customer service representative

You will be in charge of the following tasks:
-client support by the phone, email and online chat;
- consulting clients about on-line payments, e-commerce and financial services;
- checking e-commerce project applications and enabling services;

Profil RecherchéWe are seeking profiles that fit the following criterias.
-at least 1 year' of customer support experience;
- Good computer skills and knowledge;
-Typing speed
- All applicants must be fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic

Working hours:
from 18h to 8h (8h/days + 30 minutes of lunch break)
40h/week
2 days off per week
Possibility to work 1 weekend per month

Between 23 and 28 dhs per hour.
