English-French speaking engineers are needed as customer care representatives (fixed salary + language bonus + performance bonus).
In your role as a customer service representative, you will be required to take calls with the primary goal of providing great customer service in all circumstances (questions, complaints, requests for advice and help, and level 1 technical support request).
Because providing excellent customer service is the company's lifeblood, you will be essential in enhancing the brand's reputation by providing excellent patient care.
Your skills include:
- Reacting to a wide range of client cases over the phone
- Paying close attention to customer demands and displaying understanding
- Deciding on the best course of action (appeal process) to manage the customer case
- Remain composed and professional at all times.
- Log and record customer cases using the proper tool.
- Exhibit a mindset that portrays the business in the best light possible.
- Excellent time flexibility to work a rotational 44 hours each week;
- Obtain a degree in electrical, industrial, or systems engineering
- Have a good level written and spoken command of the English and French languages
- Engineering knowledge and proven technical assistance are required.
- Be knowledgeable about a wide range of topics, including:
* Data or video cable replacements; assistance in determining where each cable should go.
* Metal trim pieces and panels that fit around digital menu boards to help with cable routing
* LCD screens and media players: checking to see whether they are switched on and configured properly, if they function, if we have evidence in the form of images, and whether the technician tested them.
* Client Content Management Software (named Switchboard) and associated hardware device troubleshooting utilizing:
Software Configuration UI / Remote monitoring tools
