Position overview:


Reporting directly to the Logistics manager, our future Warehouse & inventory Coordinator will be responsible for improving and optimizing the warehousing process, ensure physical and information flows are coherent. participate in improving the logistics KPIs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, plan & improve  warehousing and feeding activities from reception to shipment, through the daily internal feeding.
  • Ensure systems flows are matching with physical flows by leading the new creations and maintaining the system well parameterized
  • Ensure warehousing capacity study (space and resources), with weekly/monthly related KPI follow up
  • Ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouse
  • Control and follow up of warehouse KPIs.
  • Manage and Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
  • Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, equipment and stock.
  • Supervise cycle counts and annual/quarter physical inventories.
  • Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
  • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
  • Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to company's objectives.
  • Create team with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Key skills and Qualifications:


  • Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry (an new project experience is preferable)
  • Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
  • Solid understanding on Logistics and warehousing.
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of English language, spoken and written
